Competition is Saturday, Feb 3, 2018.
Registration will open December 15, 2017 and will close on January 27, 2018. All beer brought or mailed to drop off locations must be received by Jan 30. Entries can also be carried into the competition by judges and stewards but must be received by 8:30a on Feb 3.
This competition is a BJCP-registered event, and will be judged in accordance with the BJCP rules and style guidelines.
We will be using the 2015 BJCP Style Guidelines.
Mead & Cider will not be eligible for Best of Show Award

Best of Show for the Cincinnati Malt Infusers’ All American Homebrew Competition will win admiration of the masses and a special BOS medal. The BOS winner will also take home an engraved "Best Of Show" Glass trophy.
*Mead & Cider will NOT be eligible for Best of Show Award.
We accept all BJCP styles. Please be aware that if a category is low in numbers we reserve the right to combine categories where applicable.
Winners from the competition will be eligible for participation in the North Appalachian Homebrewing Championship (NAHC). The ultimate year-long brewing clash that pits the region's best homebrewers against each other in the pursuit to be crowned NAHC Brewer of the Year with another award for Homebrew Club of the year. The circuit encompasses competitions across central/western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, upstate New York, and western Maryland.
